Hello, Risk Reward Ratio 1:1 ? Ufff, it is very low and dangerous. Search for RRR 1:2 and higher to become profitable in a long time perspective.

For up trend, when we draw the trend line, do we connect the 2 swing lows or the matching 2 prices of the cci bars?

Hi Grace,
when we draw a trendline to determine the breakout point on a trend reversal, we connect 2 lows while in an uptrend.
When we look to find CCI divergence, in an uptrend we examine the tops of both: CCI indicator and the price, as shown on the screen shot below.
Basically it is a simultaneous analysis of two best matching swing Highs to conclude a divergence.
