How do I?

I am trading using MT4, and I would like to know if anyone knows how to set the following:
-an alarm that sends me an email whenever a given currency moves more than 200 pips in any direction in 90 minutes.
Even better would be an indicator that would allow to change the number of pips, timeframe and currency, and set it at will.
is this possible?

Sorry, I don't want to appear ignorant, but did you ask your broker for help? I thought I would do so if I had such question in mind.
There are so many trading platforms available, traders simply can't know all features and functions built in there. So why don't ask a broker who offers this platform. They should be happy to help you with that.
