I like trading a time frame of 15 minute which are the best strategies can i apply on the ones mentioned Simple,Advance or Complex.

From my own observation, 15 minute charts can be traded with methods that use Moving Averages, Stochastic, MACD and also Pivot points.
On this particular website probably look for Forex strategies with MAs.
The Stochastic and MACD indicators should be used to spot a divergence between price and Stoch/MACD lines. 15 minute charts fit here well.
Regarding Pivot points, which I like a lot, there is a strategy exactly for 15 minute charts I stumbled upon at http://www.fxpivot-points.com/pivot_points_strategy/04/
