Best hours for trading

Are there best times for trading? Tokyo, London, USA. I live in the U.S.

Hi Paul,
The best time to trade Forex is during London and New York sessions.
The best hours to trade Forex are:
3am EST - 5am EST - London opens, inviting an increase in trading activity.
8:00 am EST - 11:00 am EST - London is still open, New York session begins. The two major session overlap producing the highest volume of trades. Also major news for US come around 8:30 am EST.
The last few good hours to consider trading are 1pm EST - 3 pm EST. After that time it is better to avoid any trade for the day.

Right, you get hours when two other sessions: Sydney and Tokyo overlap during 7:00 pm — 2:00 am EST, and seems like it is another opportunity to trade, but facts are, those hours don't bring much volume into the market.
Therefore, they are ignored by many Forex traders.

Hi Avi. focus on London session most. Trade first 3 hours of New York session too.
It doesn't matter what part of the world you live in. London and NY are the busiest trading sessions and all Forex traders are looking to trade during those specific hours.
