Forex Brokers that Allow Scalping: Research and Results

The topic of Forex Brokers allowing scalping is very hot.
I was looking for answers in various forums, tried searching with keywords in search engines, tried reading policies and FAQs on the websites of different Forex brokers...
It seemed like I had only guesses, but nothing solid to rely on.
And then I came up with a simple solution - sending customer support inquiries to the different Forex brokers...

Have you asked IG Markets? Do they allow scalping? Anyone has feedback on this broker in terms of reliability, honesty, etc?

Thank you for your email, please note that scalping is not a trading strategy that we allow.
what about GCI? Do they allow?
I asked GCI in live chat, they said they do not allow scalping...
I asked FOREXYARD in live chat. They said they do NOT allow scalping. Minimum holding time is 5 mins!!!!

Well, if it is so, too bad for them, 5 min limit is quite discouraging.
Is there any broker like Admiral Market?
How does it relate to scalping?
