Try looking at 5 min or 1 minute chart - you'll see that those sweet spot lines come at certain price levels. I think you can also edit price preferences in the indicator settings.

I can load the 3 programs into my Metatrader 4, but when I add "Sweet Spots" it form a massive amount of horizontal lines, please advise

Let me also answer your question about COG.
COG is an indicator to help visualize a trend rather than take direct trading advice.

So, if you saw COG heading down, you can take it as an advise to Sell while asking for a final signal from your entry strategy or indicator. When COG change direction while you're in a trade, I'd say, not a big deal. It is an advice to you to look for exits, but not an immediate signal to exit.

I totally support you, leaving comments unmoderated annoys even me =)
But, we're people too, and need to rest on weekend, although users like to leave lots of comments exactly on weekends =)
Without moderation, this site would be badly abused. You don't see what we have to go though sometimes during spamming attempts.

So, we're neat and clean, but it comes at a cost of keeping posts on the wait list for a day or two at most. Thank you for your understanding!

I found this forum very interesting and I thank people who are using their free time to maintain it. I have however a remark if you dont mid: It is a good idea to moderate the posts but I feel that you dont have time for that. Please either let people publish directly their posts or if you want to moderate dont just leave the forum for several days.

Could somebody explain what to do if the COG is down and you enter a trade SHORT then the COG after some time change direction
