Yesterday I've got another great feedback from one of our readers - Rahul.
He writes:
Hello Edward,
I think you are a very noble person because you are doing great work here helping newbies and also dispelling the popular myths about trading to show ppl the reality. I think you have a very good heart. Thank you for helping all our brothers and sisters out there in the forex world.
I have found a strategy which is the real thing .... it has been used by a contemporary of Denis Richard and used by many professional traders who have made millions from it.

Just a quick update; Stil going great, best strategy i've come across (for my personal trading style)... Since its going so succesfully i was wondering if anyone would like to join me in live trading over Skype chat, 7.30-12.30 UK time so we can look for potential setups and chat, just as something to do. I get bored :) Since March the 3rd, my account has more than doubled again, i'm now at £15,493! Starting with £4k or so two months ago.

Keep this strategy as simple as possible...
No more indicators..
all what u need is to catch one trend as stops are narrow
May be we can add FIb levels to make stops at 61.8 level...
Hi Stuart,
I would remove HAS MTF, because it can disagree with all other signals and create a confusion. What do you think?
Also it would be so much of a help to see a screenhot with entries pointed out on it. This way I (and others) could make sure we have the same trades picked and that we interpret the strategy correctly.
Thank you for your efforts. Your idea looks very good!
You should take credits for the ability to combine indicators like that ;)

Hi Edward,
Updated template with better settings on the Gravity Line.
Gravity_5_min__Fractals__EMAs__HAS_1.zip
Thanks,
Stuart
Hi Edward, and all ...
I think this method is really great. However, I have designed/edited a template with loads of signals - it certainly helps me decide when to trade, and I want you guys to try it too?
In the template, there are the 9ema and 18ema. In addition I have added Fractals, a Multiple timeframe Heikin Ashi Smothered indicator, as well as the "Center of gravity" line.
Sticking to the rules of Level 1, but in addition to that:
Trade in the direction of the Center of Gravity line
Monitor the HAS MTF - shows from 5 min up to your 1 hour TF.
Enter a trade as soon as the Fractal forms - if going up, wait until the swing low has been reached, and the fractal has formed. Sometimes well below the 18 ema?
Only enter the trade if the high/low fractal has formed above or below the Center of Gravity line.
I haven't had a chance to test this template yet, as I finally had it worked out on Friday night, and the market closed.
Attached is the image, as well as the template. Please bear in mind that I can not take credit for this, as all I have done is add existing indicators to one.

Thanks again for a great site ... and as a newbie, I have learnt so much from here, far more than the thousands I spent on software. ;-)

Hi all - Now this is what trading is all about!!?
I am testing a "safe" SL method, and may need your feedback on it?
What I do is set my SL to about 5 pips above or below (depending on trend) the 18 ema line. So far so good. And it is trailing ... every 5 minutes or so, adjust the SL level. ONLY IF THE 18EMA LEVEL GOES WITH THE TREND.
With the GBPUSD I am trading right now, the SL level in conjunction with the 18 ema seems to be on average 20 pips away from the price? And right now, moving up?
Your thoughts and ideas are truly helpful.
Kind regards,
Stuart
That's big results! Congratulations!
Your summary is very useful, thank you for sharing.
Happy trading!
Regards,
Edward
Hello, i've been trading this for about a month now and adherently sticking to the rules have made 187% live trading the 5-minute FTSE100 chart and EurovUsd daily from 7.50-12.00 (UK)
Winners: 40
Losers: 8
Some of the 'winners' were just above breakeven. A lot of the winners, i didn't close and let run the following day based on the 'daily' charts.
My stop loss was very tight and my target was four times this. My stop loss btw 1% of account. So 4% target per trade. When target is reached i move stop loss there.
Its been very easy because the FTSe100 has been falling so dramatically.
One day i made 100%, i entered on a 3-pip stoploss-entry (on 1% of account) and it proceeded to fall and i exited after 300 points, making 100% profit in a single day.
Started: £4,260
Currently: £7966
So pleased! :D
Hi Darkside,
In order to see a screenshot we need to see a link in your comment. Please resubmit the screenshot and paste a link to it. Thank you.

There is too many false signal for 9/18 MA. Prefer using 9/30 MA.
According to the rules, we can take Level 2 signal without waiting for Level 1 signal to occur. This situation (when level 2 comes first) will happen during the rallies and selloffs, when price won't be given a chance to fully retrace and touch 18 EMA.
Regards,
Edward
This is an interesting system. I was wandering, what happens if we get a Level 2 signal to get in a trade before Level 1 happens? Do we enter in a position, or we have to wait for Level 1 to happen first?
hi, i'm from malaysia... :) anyway i think this method is quite simple actually...only that i don't understand what it meant by crossback top/bottom in level 3 setups...can anyone be kind enough to explain more? thanx in advance
If this strategy has a defined set of rules isn't it possible to write an EA??
